Summary
ClearScan One is designed to process documents locally on your iPhone. The App has no account system, no developer server, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Your scans, OCR text, notes, annotations, signatures, folders, tags, and settings stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Information stored on your device
The App stores the following information locally in its sandboxed storage:
- Scanned or imported documents and page images
- OCR text and search indexes
- Annotations, signatures, folders, tags, and document metadata
- Export history where applicable
- App settings and a locally cached purchase-entitlement snapshot
- Technical diagnostic logs, if diagnostic logging is generated
ClearScan One does not automatically send this information to the developer or to any third-party server.
Camera and photo library
The App requests camera access only when you use the scan feature. Camera images are used for document capture and processing on your device.
Photo importing uses Apple’s system photo picker. You choose which photos are made available to the App; imported images are copied into the App’s local storage.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through App Store Connect and StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your payment details.
The App stores a local snapshot of your verified purchase entitlement so that purchased features can be recognized on your device. If Apple revokes or refunds a purchase, the App may downgrade to the free tier. Family Sharing availability is controlled by Apple and the App’s product configuration.
Backups, exports, and sharing
If you create a ZIP backup, export a PDF, JPEG, TXT file, or share content to another app, the selected information leaves the App’s storage through the destination you choose. The developer does not receive a copy. Please be careful when choosing a destination, especially when sharing documents that contain personal information.
Diagnostic logs
The App may create local technical diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot problems. These logs remain in the App’s sandbox on your device and are not automatically uploaded. If you choose to send diagnostics to support, review them first before sharing.
Children
ClearScan One is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data deletion
Deleting a document in the App moves it to Trash. Permanently deleting documents, emptying Trash, or uninstalling the App removes the corresponding local data. Exports or backups you previously saved outside the App are not removed by uninstalling the App.

在 App 内删除文档会先移入废纸篓。永久删除文档、清空废纸篓或卸载 App 会移除对应的本地数据。卸载 App 不会删除你之前导出或保存到 App 外部的备份。
